Simple Beer Game brings the world‑famous supply‑chain simulation to life in a fast, modern, team‑based format designed for real events. Inspired by the classic MIT Beer Game, this version keeps the essence — the bullwhip effect, the uncertainty, the coordination challenge — but strips away the complexity and long runtime.

Teams of four take on the roles of Retailer, Wholesaler, Distributor, and Factory. Each week, they make one simple decision: how much to order?
That’s it.
But the consequences ripple through the entire chain.

Demand fluctuates. Delays stack. Inventory swings. Panic ordering begins.
And suddenly, everyone sees the bullwhip effect unfold right in front of them.

The game runs in 10–20 minutes, making it perfect for energizers, workshops, and training sessions. Trainers can run multiple teams simultaneously — realistically up to eight — each competing to build the most stable supply chain with the lowest total cost.
